Yes. You do not have to agree that there is a problem to look at what is happening. One honest conversation will tell us both a great deal.
Yes. Sessions are confidential, within the limits the law sets for all therapists. We go over those limits in the first session.
Yes. Any private place in California with a good connection works, including your office or a parked car.
Individual counseling is a good place to start. Once you have your footing, couples sessions are an option when you both want to work on the marriage. Couples sessions are booked from the Marriage Counseling page.
