For California adults 18 and older. Sessions are by video. Mark is practical and direct. Faith is welcome in the room, not required.
ADHD often looks like missed deadlines, half-finished tasks, and a growing pile of “I’ll do it later.” Shame shows up when systems keep failing, even when you care a lot.
In session we map what a real week looks like, then build tools you can use when focus drops. We work on follow-through, self-talk, and the stories that form when you have been called lazy.
The work is practical and paced. We stay with one steady line instead of a pile of new systems that collapse by Friday.
Low energy and low mood can make even small tasks feel heavy. You may pull away from people, sleep too much or too little, and lose interest in things that used to matter.
We look at the load you are carrying and pick one small next step. The work is steady: the body, thought patterns, and the beliefs that keep you stuck.
There is no rush to “feel better.” We stay with what is true today and take the next honest step.
Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, a tight chest, or panic that seems to come out of nowhere. The body goes first. Then the mind tries to explain the fear.
We start by calming the body, then we look at the thinking that feeds the loop. You learn tools you can use between sessions when the wave hits.
The aim is a calmer nervous system and a clearer way to talk back to fear — not a promise that panic never returns.
Anger and resentment often sit on top of an older wound. We trace the reaction back to what it is protecting.
The work is careful and paced. We do not rush the story. Healing work means naming what happened, how it still shows up, and practicing new responses when the old alarm goes off.
You set the pace. Mark stays practical and direct, and the room stays safe enough to tell the truth.
Mark uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and his own Emotional Mapping method. Emotional Mapping traces anger and resentment to the wound underneath.
Prayer-based work is available when you want it. Faith is welcome in the room, not required.
